Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information including:

- Medical reports and medical history
- Passport and visa details (if applicable)
- Employment documents (for recruitment services)
MediLink is not responsible for service delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Payments & Charges
MediLink service charges (if applicable) will be shared before confirmation. Payments must be completed as per the agreed terms.
Additional costs related to hospitals, airlines, visa processing, hotel bookings, or government fees are separate unless clearly mentioned in a package.
Recruitment Terms
MediLink provides recruitment support to connect employers and candidates. Final selection and hiring decisions depend on the employer. MediLink does not guarantee job placement but ensures professional coordination.
Corporate Health Terms
Corporate health check-ups, camps, and wellness services are conducted as per agreed package. Reports and test results are provided by authorized diagnostic centers/hospitals.
MediLink does not modify, influence, or interfere with medical test results.
Website Usage
Users agree not to misuse MediLink website for:
- Fraudulent inquiries
- False information submission
- Unauthorized copying of content
- Any illegal or harmful activity
