Refund & Cancellation Policy – MediLink

At MediLink, we understand that medical and travel plans can change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy ensures clarity and fairness for all clients.

Cancellation Request Process

All cancellation requests must be submitted through:

  • Official Email
  • WhatsApp
  • Written confirmation to MediLink support team

Verbal cancellation requests will not be considered final unless confirmed in writing.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds depend on the stage of service completion.

Refund may be applicable if:
  • Service booking is not confirmed
  • Appointment is not scheduled
  • Work has not started on the service request
Refund may not be applicable if:
  • Appointment has already been booked
  • Visa process has started
  • Travel or hotel bookings are confirmed
  • Hospital registration is completed
  • Documentation work is completed
  • Service has been delivered partially or fully
Third-Party Payments

MediLink is not responsible for refunds of third-party charges such as:

  • Hospital registration fees
  • Diagnostic test fees
  • Airline tickets
  • Hotel booking charges
  • Visa fees
  • Government processing fees

Refunds for these services depend on the third party’s policy.

Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved, MediLink will process it within 7 to 21 working days (depending on payment mode and bank processing timelines).

Non-Refundable Charges

Certain service charges may be non-refundable if MediLink has already started work such as:

  • Consultation coordination
  • Documentation assistance
  • Case evaluation and hospital communication
  • Recruitment screening process
Rescheduling Option

In many cases, MediLink may offer rescheduling instead of cancellation, subject to doctor and hospital availability.
